PHEWW! We have been growing quickly and last year alone the biz doubled! We are gearing up this year for even more SERIOUS growth and I am thrilled to find myself shopping around for more cool office furniture to accommodate my new team members. We have already added two new gals to Team Vanessa since the New Year and plan to add another two more by the end of next week.

As you might have guessed, the economy shifts have created high quality candidates for your pickin' and biz expansion plans- - if you know how to spot them. I have been directly involved in some 'Ahhh-Haahhh' moments for myself recently, chatting with prospective candidates and learning how to be discerning about who might be a great fit. I have walked away with a few BIG lessons, kinda like Gym Lessons! :)
