I just hosted one of two LIVE 'Training & Masterminding' events for the first half of 2009 with my exclusive Platinum members! These participants receive regular one-on-one phone meetings, as well as group monthly tele-call trainings and in-person training days from me too!

I'm so honored to work with each one of these entrepreneurs and help take themselves and their businesses to the next level. They are truly an exceptional group of entrepreneurs.

The meeting was held at the upscale Regency Hyatt Hotel in Century City. There's nothing like having access to a Starbucks in the lobby for a quick afternoon pick-me-up. Plus, the convenience of this hotel being centrally located here in Los Angeles made it a great fit for these special Platinum participants.

Some truly 'ah-ha' moments were experienced. I look forward to sharing more of the transformations of this elite group as they progress.

Growing The Biz!

PHEWW! We have been growing quickly and last year alone the biz doubled! We are gearing up this year for even more SERIOUS growth and I am thrilled to find myself shopping around for more cool office furniture to accommodate my new team members. We have already added two new gals to Team Vanessa since the New Year and plan to add another two more by the end of next week.

The vibe in the office is filled with girly upbeat energy and a true excitement about the goals we are collectively working toward for Team Vanessa in 2009! This picture is just a small snapshot of the overall office look. Clean, simple, modern - - with a fun breezy feel.

Are you confident you can find great talent to add to your team? In truth, now is a fabulous time to find great talent to expand your biz. As you might have guessed, the economy shifts have created high quality candidates for your pickin' and biz expansion plans- - if you know how to spot them. I have been directly involved in some 'Ahhh-Haahhh' moments for myself recently, chatting with prospective candidates and learning how to be discerning about who might be a great fit. I have walked away with a few BIG lessons, kinda like Gym Lessons! :)

Riding Bikes in Marina Del Rey!

Andor and I recently purchased an innovative baby bike seat that sits just under the handlebars of Andor's beach cruiser bike. Wow! We have been having so much fun hopping on the bikes and cruising along the beach bike paths together. Thor has been wearing his fashionable beige knitted winter hat with a good ol'fashion bobble at the top for his biking jaunts with us. He really seems to find the fresh air exhilarating - - from all the big smiles and giggles he bursts into upon completion of a biking excursion with us!
